About Us
Ken and Jeani Kennedy
We moved to Woodland Park, CO with our 4 children in 2015. The three oldest have all married and we have room in our home to spare. We have hosted guests in our home for many years and love hosting visitors to Woodland Park. We primarily host people coming to meetings and events at Charis Bible College.
Upscale rooms in our home
We have 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms dedicated to visitors . 3 of the rooms have queen beds and the other has a full size bed.
Two rooms upstairs share a Jack and Jill bathroom, two Queen rooms on the basement level share a hall bathroom.
NOTE: Our house has stairs to all the levels with the bedrooms
Other ammenities
Guests have access to free WiFi, off street parking, laundry, kitchen area, refrigerators, Microwave, In room coffee makers, outside patio with fire pit

Single Room Rate - $100 / night, $600 / week
Two Room with adjoining bath - $160 / night, $960 / week
